You probably don't need a survey to tell you this, but we're losing a ton of sleep each year over money. Money we owe, money we make, money we spend...it stresses us out in general.

The average American loses over 200 hours of sleep per year because of money woes.

The biggest factor? Debt. Things like credit card debt, medical loans, and mortgages all lead to an increase in anxiety, stress, and moodiness.
